1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how ShuttleHero ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use shuttlehero.pl or book our private airport transfers and tours. ShuttleHero is the data controller.

2. What Data We Collect

When you make a booking or contact us, we collect what you provide:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number
• Booking details — pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, flight number, number of passengers, child-seat needs and any notes you add

When you browse the site, we automatically collect technical data via cookies and similar tools: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and on-site interactions.

3. Why We Use It and Legal Basis

• To handle your booking and provide the service — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
• To contact you about your booking — performance of a contract
• To measure traffic and advertising — your consent and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f))
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate, acting as our processors:

• Hosting & email — our website host and email provider, to deliver booking confirmations
• Google — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic and advertising
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session analytics

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How Long We Keep It

Booking data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations — generally up to 5 years. Analytics data follows the tools' standard retention. Enquiry emails are kept no longer than necessary.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can: access your data and get a copy; correct inaccurate data; have it erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
