How do I book a transfer or tour?

Use the booking form on any route page or send us an email at kontakt@shuttlehero.pl. You'll receive a confirmation within minutes. No phone calls needed.

What's included in the price?

The quoted price covers the entire journey door-to-door, Meet & Greet at the arrivals hall, luggage, and flight monitoring. No hidden fees or surcharges for nights, weekends or bank holidays.

Do you monitor flight delays?

Yes. We track every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will know and will wait — at no extra charge up to 60 minutes from the scheduled landing time.

Are child seats available?

Yes — infant seats (0–18 kg) and child seats (9–36 kg) are available for +30 PLN each. Simply select the option during booking.

Can I pay on the day?

Yes. You can pay cash or by card directly to the driver. Alternatively, we'll send you a secure payment link by email after booking. Either way works.

How much luggage can I bring?

Standard allowance is 1 large suitcase + hand luggage per person. For groups or extra-large luggage, select the 8-seat vehicle option. Have sports equipment? Just let us know by email.

Do you do return transfers?

Yes. When booking, toggle "Return transfer" and add the return date and time. You get one fixed price for both legs.

Do you handle group and corporate bookings?

Yes — vehicles for up to 8 people as standard. For larger groups or corporate accounts, email kontakt@shuttlehero.pl and we'll prepare a tailored offer.
